What kind of services can I book?
Our team of professional photographers have handcrafted a selection of unique packages, that offers not only local insights but also potentially amazing photographic opportunities.
For couples, you can choose to have a cozy and romantic photoshoot session while enjoying a evening cruise down the Singapore riverside quay, taking in sights and sounds of the traditional festival village Clarke Quay.
Families can set yourself and the kids up for some fun activities with their favourite animals like Giant Pandas and Asian Elephants at the world’s best rainforest zoo – Singapore Zoo and River Safari, while our wildlife photographer snap away, capturing one of a kind imageries.
The USS (Universal Studios Singapore) photoshoots are crafted specially for those looking for an adventurous twist. Who are Tourazzi’s photographers?
Our team of local photographers aka paparazzis are handpicked among the most talented photographers in Singapore. Each of them are chosen based on their wealth of professional experience in different fields like street, portrait and travel photography, and their creativity and talent in creating amazing images.
Equally important, they are also friendly, approachable and willing to share local insights and experiences with you as a traveller while bringing you around the photoshoot tours. You can count on them to capture stunning photographic memories of your travels in Singapore.
Can I decide the style of pictures I want?
You can discuss with your photographer before or during the photoshoot about the style of photos you prefer. Candid shots can capture your true emotions and real feelings of the moments, whereas posed shots are able to document the events of photo shoot tour.
How early should I book my photoshoot?
To secure a photoshoot, bookings should be made at least 7 days in advance. If you would like to book during peak times (such as weekends or holidays), you should book further in advance.
Bookings are not finalized until you have received the confirmation email containing details of your assigned photographer, his or her contact details, the photoshoot location and meetup location.
Can I choose the time to have the photoshoot?
We know finding free time while on vacation can be hard. You choose the time that works for you and we accommodate. However, to ensure best photographic experience and results, our photographers will also indicate their recommended timings and dates according to their local knowledge and experience.
Is it possible to extend the time during the photo shoot?
During your photo shoot, you have the option to extend the length of the package, as long as the photographer is free to keep going. You will just have to submit the payment online after the shoot.
How will I receive my photos?
The photographer may professionally retouch the selected photos according to his or her professional judgment and skill, and will upload them to our server. We will then send you a link to your online private gallery where you can access, download and share all your photos.
How long it takes for my photos to be ready?
We will give you the access of your online gallery within 7 days usually. However, if the event is a large event, eg. pre-wedding photoshoot, with hundreds of photos, the process will take longer due to editing and image preparation, but we will do our best to get the photos ready to you.
Who owns the photos?
You have the rights to use the photos for personal use – you may view them as an online slideshow, download them on your computer, print them on paper, merchandising or poster, share them with your friends and family.
We like to showcase your photos on our blog , but if you prefer to keep them private, you may request a secured password gallery and we will not post anything publicly. The photographer retains the copyright.
What is your refund policy?
If you have made a booking with Tourazzi and you are not able to attend, you can request a refund. Our conditions of refund are:
a) We will offer a full refund (excluding the non-refundable booking fee) or a substitute Photo Shoot to you if you communicate your cancellation to Tourazzi or your assigned Photographer in writing more than 48 hours before the shoot;
b) We can offer a 50% refund of your payment if you communicate your cancellation to Tourazzi or your assigned Photographer in writing up to 24 hours before the shoot.
c) If you communicate your cancellation to Tourazzi or your assigned Photographer in writing less than 24 hours before a photo shoot, or do not communicate your cancellation to Tourazzi or your Photographer at all, there is no refund.
What happens if there is bad weather during our booking?
Photo shoots may be conducted at all times of year and in most weather conditions, but we will consider a refund or rescheduling should adverse weather arise. However, the photographer can vary the photo shoot location in order to better capture your photos taking the weather into account.
How to cancel my booking?
You must communicate your cancellation to Tourazzi or your assigned Photographer in writing. The best way is to just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. See above for our refund policies.
